Question

What's the dress Code?

Answer

Dress Code: Dressy Casual with a Western Chic Flair We'd love for our guests to feel comfortable while still looking polished and wedding-ready. Think dressy casual—a step above everyday wear, but not as formal as cocktail attire. Choose something you'd feel confident wearing to a nice dinner, outdoor wedding, or special celebration. Example attire: For Women: Sundresses, midi dresses, maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or skirts with a nice blouse Dress sandals, wedges, boots, or dressy flats. Nice pants or slacks if dresses/skirts aren't your thing. Western-inspired touches are welcome, such as cowboy boots, turquoise jewelry, leather accents, or western style hats. For Men: Button-down shirts, polos, or sport shirts paired with slacks, chinos, or dark jeans in good condition. Sport coats and blazers are optional. Dress shoes, clean boots, or cowboy boots Western-inspired elements such as a cowboy hat, belt buckle, or boots fit right in. A Few Things to Avoid Athletic wear, gym clothes, ripped clothing, or overly casual attire Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel great, easy to dance in and ready to celebrate with us! 🤍🤠🌾

Question

Will the ceremony or reception be outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside on grass and the reception is indoors. Daytime and evening temperatures may be cool, so dress and plan accordingly.

Question

Is there transportation or is there parking onsite?

Answer

We will have shuttle bus from the Holiday Inn to and from the venue (still trying to determine if they will go to other locations for pick up/drop off - check back). There is ample parking onsite at the venue.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to headcount constraints we had to limit the amount of plus ones. If you don't see one listed when you RSVP (www.zola.com/wedding/happilyeverhaggart/rsvp), you don't have one. If you don't and you'd like to bring one, please reach out to Justin or Brittney.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes and we included everyone's children on the invites/RSVPs, though it's completely up to you if you want to bring them. If you don't see them listed when you RSVP and you want to bring them, please reach out to Justin or Brittney.

Question

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Yes, there will be some lite food at the cocktail hour following the ceremony and then a full BBQ dinner (brisket bites, pulled pork, assortment of sides and rolls). There will be an open bar, but please bring some cash to tip our awesome bartenders who will be serving two signature cocktails, beer and wine.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No, please put your phones on silent and out of sight for the entire ceremony. We have two amazing photographers who will be working hard to capture everything. After the ceremony you can have your phone out and take any pictures you'd like!
