Piper was suddenly curious why Mark was so eager to depart the Kotel (Western Wall) to "watch the sun set" at 3:30 in the afternoon. He promised there would be a good view of the old city. They went to the promenade and he convinced her to take a walk around the paths there. At a beautiful look-out over the old city of Jerusalem, Mark's friend was waiting playing their song "Al Tishali Im Ani Ohev," (Don't Ask If I Love You) by David Broza, on the guitar. "What a coincidence," she remarked, as they stopped to sing along. He started to propose, and it wasn't until he pulled out the ring that she knew he was serious. She was elated to say "yes!"
