We're Getting Married

Madelyn and Logan first crossed paths at a Valentine’s Banquet held in the fellowship hall of Antioch Baptist Church. Madelyn had been invited by a friend as a favor to serve as a blind date for someone. Under the impression that it was a formal event, she arrived dressed in a prom-like gown. Logan, however, had no idea about the banquet and assumed he was attending a typical youth meeting. He showed up in a t-shirt, jeans, boots, and a ball cap. Upon realizing the event was not a regular youth gathering, Logan was directed to a table where Madelyn was seated. Coincidentally, her blind date had failed to show up, and Logan’s arrival at that moment was perfectly timed to step in as her unexpected match.
