Day of Transportation

Complimentary transportation will be provided for all guests throughout the wedding events. Ceremony Arrival: Transportation to Sea Breeze Point will be provided for guests staying at our room-block resorts. Guests staying off property are welcome to park at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn. *There is a short 5-minute walk from the hotel to the ceremony site. Please plan to arrive at Sea Breeze Point by 4:45 PM. Pleas plan to board the motor coach at El Centro Main Lobby (convention center lobby) at 4:20 pm. Reception Arrival: Per Disney policy, all guests must use the provided transportation to enter EPCOT. Personal entry through the main park gates is not permitted. Our shuttles will take guests to a special backstage arrival area with a private entrance reserved exclusively for our event. We will all travel from Sea Breeze point to the Boardwalk entrance after cocktail hour to board the motor coaches by 6:50 pm. Event Departure: At the conclusion of the evening, guests will return via our complimentary transportation. In accordance with Disney’s policies, all departures must take place through these shuttles; guests may not exit through the park. Drop-off locations include: Boardwalk Inn Coronado Springs Resort For anyone who may need to leave early, an 8:30 PM departure shuttle will also be available.
