I noticed this is called an "after party," does this mean there is no ceremony?

Answer

Correct! We actually eloped in Colorado on October 14, 2024, at which time we exchanged vows and performed our own ceremony. There will be no ceremony on April 19th; just the reception. We can't wait to party the night away with all of our favorite people!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by March 1st so we can have an accurate count for food and drinks.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We have asked guests to wear dressy casual. This is a very broad dress code, so many things are welcome! Some ideas include: midi/maxi dresses (with heels or sandals), sundresses, etc., suits (with or without jacket), button down shirts (long or short), slacks. We will be outside for much of the evening (although access to indoors will be available). April in Texas can be unpredictable, but typical average temperatures range 75-85 degrees. Plan accordingly!

Are you registered?

Answer

The greatest gift we could ever ask for is your presence and support. However, if you do desire to purchase a gift, we have created a honeymoon fund, in lieu of a traditional registry. Travel is extremely important to us, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to explore the world together!

Are children welcome?

Answer

We have so many amazing kids in our lives that we would love to celebrate with, so YES! Kids are welcome. The venue is very kid friendly. We also understand if you'd prefer to have a parent's night out, in which case, that is okay with us too! We do kindly ask that you please include your children (or mark if they will NOT be coming) on your RSVP so we can continue to keep an accurate guest count. If your child's name does not appear on the RSVP, please let Kenzi know!

I have a food allergy or restriction, will there be food to accommodate this?

Answer

Absolutely! We know many have various food restrictions or allergies. There is a place on your RSVP that will allow you to tell us your allergy. Please fill this out so we can plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking on site at the venue. However, there will be an open bar, and we always want everyone to stay safe. We do recommend designating a driver or participating in ride share (Uber, Lyft, etc.) if you plan to drink alcohol.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Check out the "Travel" page for numerous lodging options in the surrounding area. There are many hotels in the New Braunfels area that are within 2-5 miles from the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you have received a plus one, they will be listed on your RSVP when you enter your name into our online RSVP system.
