When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by November 1st, 2022 or earlier.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask you please dress in semi-formal or formal attire. Be sure to check the weather as well. Texas gets chilly quick when the sun goes down in winter.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of hotel rooms with Home2 Suites. If you call (325) 677-1100, they will be happy to assist you in booking a room.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrange to be at The Acre about 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a big open field for you to park as you arrive. Be mindful when parking so others attending can leave as needed. The ceremony and reception will be in the same location.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please note on the invitation your allergy. If you already returned the invitation, please let us know of your allergy.
