When should I RSVP by?

Is there room blocking at a hotel near by?

Answer

Yes, Quality Inn, Gorham is holding plenty of rooms through August 31st at $150/night. Just mention you're coming for Holly and Nick's wedding - call and provide how many rooms you need, provide a name to hold it under and they take payment upon arrival. If the hotel gives you a price other than $150/n, please either ask to speak to Paula or email us at happilyeverenzmanns@gmail.com and we will take care of it ASAP!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue by 4pm. Guests arriving on premises after 4:15 can witness the ceremony from the nearby patio area until cocktail hour starts at 5pm.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We will be accommodating children throughout the night with outdoor games and activities, but the venue requires strict supervision at all times due to the presence of a fire-pit, near-by woods and late night hours. Please keep this in mind when making your decision!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a lot on premises and across the street and the venue provides shuttle services to and from the lot.

Will there be an open bar?

Beer, wine and signature cocktails will be on us (while supplies last!)

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

Reception dancing will end at 10pm, followed by a Scotch, Cigar & Champagne hour on the patio until 11pm. There will be a bonfire down the road at the Jefferson Inn until 12:30am.
