Please park in the parking lot of the venue (turn left at the first opening.) If there is no space left, you can park on the street. We highly encourage people to carpool since parking is limited and we want to make sure there is enough room for everyone.
We want everyone to feel like their best selves without stressing about what they should wear. To make it easy, we opted for dressy-casual/semi-formal. A reminder that the ceremony is outside on the lawn and to be prepared for any weather conditions that day.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions or need any clarification, please reach out.
We are not providing transportation. However, we have a hotel block at both The Bester Western Plus Placerville Inn and The Red Hawk Casino which is about 10 minutes away for guests' convenience. (Please Uber/Lyft or have a designated driver if you plan on drinking)
Yes, we are providing an open bar to our guests. Friendly reminder that you will need to show your ID at the bar.
