We continue onward to celebrate in June 2022 on Isla Holbox.  Our suggested lodgings and wedding venue on Isla Holbox aim to offer strict safety precautions to guarantee the health and well-being of guests.  Covid testing is available on the island.  Our recommended lodgings can arrange Covid Testing.  Inquire when you book your stay. Travel safely. and please book your transfer to Isla Holbox at least 2 weeks before departure. A "Holbox Transfer" or "Airport Transfer" refers to travel from Cancun Airport to the Isla Holbox. Step 9: Multiple Migratory Form (FMM)

COMPLETE & PRINT this FMM FORM ~ KEEP WITH YOUR PASSPORT AT ALL TIMES ~You can fill out the form 4 weeks prior and up to the day of travel.~ If you are a citizen in the USA or if you have a permanent residence permit or a valid visa for the USA, you DO NOT REQUIRE A VISA to visit Mexico under the following conditions: The purpose of your visit is tourism, studies or business. The duration of your stay does not exceed 180 days. You will not receive any remuneration at all from Mexico. However, it is necessary to have: 1. A valid passport with more than 6 months of validity (Mexican authorities require a passport to be valid for the duration of the stay in Mexico, but the transit countries and airline companies may have other requirements). 2. A properly completed Multiple Migratory Form (FMM). The FMM can be obtained from the airline during your flight or at the port of entry, but to expedite your registration at the border, you can now fill out and print it in advance in this link here is access the form. Remember to keep the FMM in a safe place during your trip! You will be asked for it at your departure from Mexico.

Transportation on Isla Holbox: Golfcart, Bike or Walk.

Welcome to the Isla of Golf Carts! The transportation on Isla Holbox is made of golf carts, bicycles, and scooters. Golf Cart Taxis: The beauty of Isla Holbox is that there are almost no cars. The island has a taxi-like system of golf carts. Hail a taxi or your hotel can call taxis at your request. Bike: Since Isla Holbox is so small, bikes are an ideal mode of transport. You can rent one at shops around town. Many hotels offer bikes included in your stay. Inquire when booking. Golf Cart: Expect to see lots of golf carts rolling down the streets as taxis, personal vehicles, or rentals. You can rent a golf cart during your stay for an easy and affordable way to get around. Walk: Since basically everything is within walking distance, it is not unusual to walk everywhere. There is very little traffic or things going on in the streets so it’s safe to walk around.
