Yes. A Shuttle Bus will be provided for Hotel Guests. This bus will only be making one trip to/from the wedding. THE BUS WILL PROMPTLY PICK UP GUESTS AT 3:20 PM THE BUS WILL NOT WAIT FOR LATE GUESTS. Please meet outside in front of the hotel. The bus will be making one trip to/from the venue for the evening so please have everything with you for the night.
Yes! All parking at the venue is complimentary Valet! Your car will be parked prior to the ceremony then brought back to you at the reception door at the end of the night!
The Ceremony will take place outside at our venue, Bear Brook Valley. Since it will be the end of October, we do recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl to keep the chills away. We will also provide blankets for guests.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Cocktail, please. If you feel the urge to ballroom gown and tux it up, we encourage it! But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.
