Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be at the Wedding Pavilion by 7:00 PM

Question

Is there parking available for the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

There is parking available at the Wedding Pavilion and we will be taking a shuttle all together to the reception location and back to the Grand Floridian at the end of the night.

Question

Do I need a theme park tickets to attend the wedding events?

Answer

Although many of our wedding events are inside the theme parks, tickets are not needed to attend but if you would like to visit the Disney World theme parks please use the ticket link in our travel tab for discounted park tickets.

Is there transportation to and from Disney Resorts to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, you always have the option to take an uber or lyft or you can utilize the Disney bus system, but please allow at least 15-20 minutes for travel time.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have a food allergy, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved rooms in three hotels on Disney Property: Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney's Pop Century Resort. Please see the travel section for more information.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Bring your appetite because food and drinks will be served at the reception.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #Happilyevereast so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors but the reception will be held outdoors so please bring a light jacket, sweater or shawl.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Orlando temperatures in February are typically in the low to mid-70s during the day, with a low chance of rain. It can get pretty chilly in the evenings, mid 50's to low 40's so we highly suggest bringing a light jacket, sweater or shawl.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Answer

The Wedding Pavilion is located at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, the address is 4401 Floridian Way, Bay Lake, FL 32836.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Are there any other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

Yes! All guests are invited to our welcome party the night before the wedding at Animal Kingdom Theme Park.

The RSVP deadline is October 1st, 2021

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

You mail back your RSVP or RSVP online, whatever one you are more comfortable with.
