This is where we will be staying. Guests can participate and book through our room block and make reservations through the provided link. This hotel and others provided are located right across the street from the venue (within walking distance). The dates are automatically set for the 4th-7th; however, you can change them and also add dates up to a 7-night stay. I will also provide the director of sales, who will be handling our room block, so you can contact her with any questions regarding your stay.
