For Our Guests

For Our Guests We’ve rounded up answers to the questions you might have (and some you didn’t even know you had). As the wedding gets closer, we’ll continue to update this page with helpful details, so check back anytime!
Question

How do I RSVP and by when?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 15th using the RSVP tab on this site. It helps us finalize seating, food, and all the fun details!

Question

What if I can’t attend?

Answer

We’ll miss you, but please still RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

I didn’t receive an invitation, what should I do?

Answer

If you believe you should have received an invitation but didn’t, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but our wedding will be for guests 16 and older. Think of it as a chance for you to have a fun, relaxing night out, you’ve earned it!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will list each guest by name. We wish we could invite everyone, but due to space, we can only accommodate those listed on your invite. Check your envelope to see exactly who’s invited to celebrate with you!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Check out the “Visiting” tab on this site. We’ve shared three hotel options, each close to both the wedding location and where some family may live locally. We’ve labeled them $, $$, and $$$ to help with budget planning.

Question

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at the Deerfield Beach Arboretum, followed by a reception at Garden District Taproom in West Palm Beach.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Garden Formal. Think soft florals, breathable fabrics, and shoes that work well on grass. For gentlemen, light suits or tailored jackets in softer tones are perfect for a spring celebration. Looking for outfit inspo? Ask about out Pinterest board!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony start time so you can get settled and enjoy the moment with us.

Question

I have a food allergy/special diet, can I make a special request?

Answer

We’ve already kept some specific diets and allergies in mind while planning our menu, but please let us know when you RSVP so we can be sure you’ll have something you’ll love.
