Question

How Can I Contact the Bride and Groom?

Answer

You can reach Kayla at 703-537-6291. You can also contact the both of us through Facebook Messenger. If you need to know our address, it will be on the back flap of your invitations or ask us!

Question

How Do I Get To The Ceremony/ Reception Venues?

Answer

Please reference the travel tab up above for directions and a map of the two locations we will be having our big event. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the bride and groom for more detailed instructions on how to arrive to the venues.

Question

Will there be cell phone service?

Answer

No, there is no cell service at the church or at the reception venue. Emergency services are still able to be contacted if needed, but all other calls and texts will not go through. There is wifi at the house on the farm, but it does not extend into the field. If you are coming from out of town and coming down 250 from Staunton, you will lose cell service.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes, kids are allowed to be in attendance, however this is at your discretion. This will be a formal ceremony, so it is up to you as the parent if you would like to bring your children. If you have any other concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Question

Will the church and the farm be accessible for elderly and disabled guests?

Answer

Yes, the church has a wheelchair ramp on the side of the building for easier access. The doorways are wide so that there will be no issues with tight doorways. The field is off of the road, but we will park guests closer to the tent so that they can easily get there. If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact us.

Question

Will there be any alcohol provided?

Answer

There will be some alcoholic beverages provided, such as sangria and beer (in bottles and cans). There will also be non alcoholic options for guest who are choosing not to drink or for any children that are attending. If you would like to bring your own alcohol (liquor or beer), you are more than welcome to do so. To ensure that no one takes your beverages that you bring, please label them or keep them by your table.

Question

Do I Need To Follow The Dress Code?

Answer

No, but this is a formal event. Please dress accordingly ( no jeans and t shirts) but do not dress uncomfortably. Ladies are not required to wear dresses unless in the wedding party. Men are not required to wear suits, but we would like button down shirts and slacks or professional attire. If there are any questions please ask!
