We met in 2015 at an Atlanta Jewish professionals meetup. Erica just knew she had to talk to the handsome guy with blue eyes, and Brandon figured he'd take a chance after the event ended by messaging the chatty girl with brown eyes. Our first date was in April and there was an instant connection. Over the next few months, we went on a lot of fun dates including Brews at the Zoo in Atlanta, Lake Lanier, Hawks playoffs and we took our first vacation together to Savannah. Brandon moved to Florida in December of that year and we did two years of long distance, but enjoyed a lot of fun beach time and an unforgettable trip to Disney and Universal. Getting to see one another once a month was hard, but it made the short amount of time spent together all the more amazing. In 2017 Brandon moved back to Atlanta and a year later, we moved in together!

We had planned on taking a trip to North Georgia for the second time to visit Amicalola Falls and some area wineries. Prior to leaving, Brandon had to keep switching pockets to hold the ring so Erica did not notice the ring in his pocket. Luckily, she didn't notice. Erica had dreamed that Brandon would propose at the falls, but never thought it would happen there! Brandon led Erica up the wooden stairs of the falls and had Erica put her hand over his heart to feel how fast it was beating. Erica assumed this was related to Brandon's fear of heights, but a minute later, he got down on one knee and ask her to marry him right in front of the beautiful falls!
