Kelsey and Krista met 10 years ago working for the YMCA ASES program at Fesler Jr. High School. Krista first was not impressed with Kelsey, as she arrived to a P.E curriculum training in a bright pink Juicy Couture tracksuit. If you know Kelsey, you would expect nothing less. Once Krista got past the bright tracksuit, they bonded and became best friends almost instantly. Kelsey and Krista both still work for the YMCA in different roles of course. Although the two spend over 40 hours a week together, Kelsey enjoys sipping on wine at Krista's house as she tends to her two adorable children, who love to call Kelsey- "Auntie Kelsey." Krista is the matchmaker behind #happilyeverapkarian and can't wait to tell you all about it during her speech at the wedding.
Bobby Poochigian
Best Man
Bobby is Tom’s cousin on the Apkarian side of the family. A spontaneous wit, keen sense of humor and unwavering loyalty best describes the best man. “Bobby and Tommy”, as the Apkarian family call them, have been close cousins since infancy. No matter the occasion, laughing, scheming and planning practical jokes on other family members has always been the entertainment at family gatherings. Besides all of the fun the two boys had growing up, as adults they continue to come back and support one another. Bobby and Tom only get together a couple times per year, but each time it is as if no time has passed at all. Tom is excited for bride to be, Kelsey to be a part of the family fun and laughter that “Bobby & Tommy” bring to the table.
Ryker Ferguson
Ring Bearer
Ryker is Kelsey's 4 year old nephew. He loves having sleepovers and hanging out with 'KK' and 'Tom-Tom,' probably because KK lets him get away with whatever he wants. Ryker enjoys playing with transportation toys, especially cranes (since daddy is a crane operator), riding his bike, kicking the soccer ball and helping care for his new baby sister Emma.
Carson Noren
Ring Bearer
Carson is Tom's two year old nephew. Although Carson lives hours away, he loves Face Timing and spending time with Uncle Tommy whenever he is in town. Much like Ryker, Carson loves playing with transportation toys, especially big trucks! This is a huge year for Carson, first preschool, then his big role as our ring bearer!
