20 minutes prior is perfect before ceremony otherwise depending on how good of seating you would like!

Where should I park ?

Answer

There are many parking locations nearby, there are two parking lots behind the armory (bank parking lot), parking across the armory and also on the corner lot. Saturday there are no restrictions on parking

Is there a handicap entrance ?

Answer

Yes! Please park in the back reserved handicap spots, there is a elevator that will take you up to the main floor that way you can avoid the front stairs! There is also a bathroom only for handicap on the main floor!
