We’d love to include everyone but due to limited capacity,we are only able to accommodate guests specifically listed on your wedding invitation, if you received a plus one it will be listed on your invitation ( “Your name & Guest”). Please be sure to include the plus one you’re bringing when RSVP to account for your attendance. We wish we could accommodate our loved ones and friends from all walks of life, we don’t have the capacity. Thank you for understanding, if you have questions don’t hesitate to reach out!
Casual- semi formal. Wear something nice but whatever’s comfortable for you! Jeans are acceptable. If you would like to, wear your best cowboy boots for the event

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space at our venue we’ve decided to keep our wedding adult with the expectation of those apart of the bride and grooms imitate family.
Feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like. We will have a shared photo drive that everyone can submit their photos to for the bride and groom to see!
You can RSVP as soon as you’d like! Please make sure to RSVP “YES or NO” by August 8, 2025 on the website . If you cannot attend, no hard feelings. This allows us to give a correct count prior to the wedding.
Due to this being an after party celebration, and not a formal wedding reception we have opted to not have a formal dinner to have more time dancing! There will be light refreshments and non alcoholic drinks provided potluck style.
Yes! There is a bar, it is cash only and beverages will be at your own expense.
You can RSVP by typing in the URL on the wedding invitation and it will bring you directly to the RSVP tab or by clicking the RSVP page on the wedding website. It is all digital, please do not text the bride/groom to RSVP and utilize the website.
We kindly ask you to avoid wearing any colors traditionally for the bride : white, creams and ivory. If you would like, you could wear colors to reflect fall but totally optional.
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! We are so blessed and feel we have everything we need, we kindly ask no gifts. However if you wish to contribute, you can donate towards our honeymoon fund. We have our cash funds on our registry on our website and a card box will be at the reception. Please don’t feel obligated to contribute if you cannot.
We are having our traditional dances 6-8pm at this time people can help themselves to food and drinks as they wish, there is no formal sit down dinner time. After 8pm will be open dance floor and explicit music will be playing, guests can choose to leave if they wish to not hear it.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate a hotel block, with Woodsville being so small the only local lodge cannot accommodate our wedding weekend. There are local AIRBNB’s and other hotels/motels but not in close proximity to the venue.
The After-Party starts at 6pm, the wedding party and bride and groom will make their entrance shortly after. Please drive at 5:45 or 5:50 at the latest the make sure you don’t interfere with this.
Our wedding party will be wearing shades of sage green, please avoid this color so the wedding party can stand out!
Yes, there is limited parking in the main parking lot, once it is full you can park along the road
