The closest airport to Winston-Salem is Greensboro. It is about a 30 minute drive to Winston-Salem, but this airport is pretty small so flight options could be fewer and more expensive.

The next closest airport is Charlotte, NC. It is roughly 1.25 hours drive to Winston-Salem. This is a much bigger airport so there should be lots of options! Fun Fact: this is where we met and lived for about 2 years!

Raleigh-Durham International Airport (Raleigh, NC - RDU)

Lastly, the Raleigh airport is about 1.5 hours from Winston-Salem. It is a fairly big airport as well so you should be able to find some good options too!
