Question

Will food and drinks be served at the celebration?

Answer

Yes! There will be a hefty selection of hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and a bar. There will not be a traditional plated meal so please take that into account when planning your day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Feel free to wear semi-formal/garden attire! Ladies, there will be walking involved to get to the celebration venue so please wear shoes you are comfortable walking in!

What will the day-of look like?

Answer

The doors at the Wedding Pavilion for the ceremony open at 4:30 PM EST. We ask that guests please arrive promptly. After the ceremony, family photos will occur and other guests may start to make their way to Epcot for the celebration or browse the Grand Floridian Resort area. Guests may take the monorail transportation or drive themselves or use ride share. All guests will meet at the front entrance of Epcot at 7:00 PM to be escorted to the celebration. More details will be on the program. There will be quite a walk, so please wear comfortable shoes! As the celebration concludes we will exit together.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available at the Grand Floridian Resort for guests attending the wedding. If you choose to drive yourself to Epcot for the celebration, parking is available but may cost approximately $30.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes! We just ask that you let us know if you will be bringing your child(ren) so we can plan accordingly.
