Logistics for food, tables, etc. are tough! So with that comes even tougher calls. Several guests have been thoughtfully chosen to bring an extra person and will receive a "plus one" card in their invitation. This doesn't apply to married folks.

...We are all children of the Most High, and we love to see a kid doing bad versions of trendy dances as much as everyone else. However, any of God's children under 16 cannot come (unless they're in the wedding).
