Proof of full COVID vaccination or negative COVID test within 24 hours of your attendance will be acknowledged upon receipt; it will be immediately destroyed thereafter.
For a guest to be “fully vaccinated,” she/he must have received one full dose of a single-dose vaccine or two full doses of a two-dose vaccine at least two weeks prior to attendance.
