CEREMONY: 5:30pm - 6:00pm COCKTAIL HOUR: 6:OOpm - 7:00pm RECEPTION: 7:15pm - 11:00pm All parking is on surrounding residential streets. Vizcaya has six parking spots on property that are first come first serve. Also, U Street (parallel to the Pavilion and 21st Street) directly in front of the Mansion is free parking every day.
