What airport do I fly into?

Answer

You will fly into Lisbon airport (LIS). There are direct flights from JFK to LIS. Delta and TAP Portugal operate these flights. They are usually late night flights and arrive in Portugal the following morning (with the time difference).

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

You can grab Ubers from the airport. This is our recommended way to travel around if you are not renting a car. If you are renting a car, you can pick up your car right in the terminal! The wedding hotel is about half an hour from the airport.

When do you suggest that we arrive and depart?

Answer

It would be best to arrive July 3rd and depart July 11th. There will be events planned throughout the week, including the welcome party on the 5th of July. In light of Independence Day and weekends that would be the best schedule to minimize time off of work.

How far is Cascais from the wedding venue and Lisbon?

Answer

The wedding venue is approximately half way between Cascais and Lisbon, which is around 20 minutes, making it approximately 40 minutes from Cascais to Lisbon. Don't worry, we will be providing transportation to the wedding from our hotel. Details will be provided in the invite and also more information on the website once it is available
