Delicious, slow cooked, always fresh North African and Mediterranean food. Cannot go wrong with anything here! A personal recommendation, start with the mushrooms or cauliflour with harissa sauce and whipped fetta rosso and pita bread. Do not skip out on a cup of Turkish coffee gelato!
Not to be confused with the wedding website, Zola's is an Ann Arbor STAPLE for brunch, lunch and dinner. It is best to reserve your table ahead of time. There is also a second location called Zola Bistro on Washtenaw Ave.

Massive sandwiches, desserts and other yummy treats. This is probably the most popular recommendation to visitors to Ann Arbor, so try and get there earlier than when you're hungry. Order ahead of time for pick up! We recommend placing the order and going for a walk around the Kerrytown Shops.
Grab the best burger in town here. Full stop. Add a shake and garlic fries if you have room, and if you're with a group don't pass up the arm-sized churros with a fantastic chocolate dipping sauce. Always busy, so go early.
Asian inspired street food and serving some of the best beer in the world (okay, we might be biased, but...maybe you'll agree)! They are also the makers of the popular non-beer boozy drink: Smooj (IYKYK). Second location: HOMES Campus @ 112 Jackson Plaza (note: no kitchen here, but there is a cafe with fancy donuts)
Another great local brewery with plenty of Lager options. We recommend the loaded nachos with pulled pork or vegetarian.
