Please arrive between 4:30 and 5:00 pm to allow time for the shuttle service to drop you off at the outdoor chapel. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30!
The Shuttle Service will run as long as possible, but if you arrive too close to the beginning of the ceremony, you will likely be asked to wait in the reception area and will miss the ceremony. We Highly recommend arriving At Least 30 minutes to a hour prior to the ceremony (4:30 to 5:00 pm). PS: To walk to the ceremony site from the parking lot, will be a 1.5 mile trek, so it is not recommended.
You can RSVP here on our wedding website (zola.com/wedding/happily_ever_haynes/rsvp) From there please search for your name, select whether or not you will be attending and answer any questions you may see. (You may have to put in a partial name to get a search result)
Until the RSVP deadline (Aug 13th), you can change your answer, no problem! Please search for your name on the RSVP page and update your response. After the RSVP deadline, please reach out to the bride and groom directly to change your reservation status.
If you're name on the RSVP page does not include a space for a Guest then we would prefer that you do not bring a date.
Though we love your babies, if they are not on the guest list, please leave them home for the evening.
We want everyone to enjoy their meal! Please let us know of ANY allergies or dietary restrictions, when you complete your RSVP.
Yes, parking is available on site.
We plan to have the ceremony in an outdoor chapel, and the reception area has both indoor and outdoor features. Please keep the weather in mind, while planning your fabulous outfits!
We would prefer that everyone be in the moment with us and refrain from taking pictures or videos during the ceremony. During the reception, you are more than welcome! Please snap away! We encourage you to use our wedding hashtag #happily_ever_haynes so that we can find all the photos on Instagram
