When is final room payment due?

Answer

The final payment was due through Jodi Ketchum by September 9, 2022. There is now an extension until September 23, 2022.

How do I submit final payment for the resort?

Answer

You can submit your final payment to Jodi anytime between 8/15-9/23. You will receive a link to submit via credit card. Look for this email with instructions on 8/15.

Question

The resort is all-inclusive. What does that mean?

Answer

With Unlimited-Luxury® everything is included with your stay. This includes ALL meals, drinks and accommodation.

How can I purchase my plane ticket?

Answer

Is airport transfer included?

Answer

It's not included with the resort cost. You can plan to pay for the transfer when you make your final payment. This is a shared ROUND TRIP transfer from CANCUN AIRPORT to the resort. ($22 each way per person).

Are special immunizations needed to travel to Mexico?

Answer

No, there are no immunizations/vaccines needed. Currently, there is also no covid test required to travel back to the U.S.

What is wedding attire?

Answer

Beach casual! Dress to impress, but be comfortable for the elements (sand, sun and water).

What is the wedding itinerary?

Answer

All wedding events will be taking place at the Dreams Playa Mujeres resort. Please see the "Schedule" tab for more details.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome on the DREAMS resort (where all wedding festivities occur). The adjoining SECRETS resort is for adults only.

Do we have access to Dreams and Secrets?

Answer

Yes! A short 5-minute walk will allow access to either resort. You can enjoy amenities, restaurants and bars regardless of which resort you're staying on. However, SECRETS is an adults-only resort - no kids allowed.

Is U.S. currency accepted in Mexico?

Answer

Yes, U.S. dollars are accepted in Mexico throughout the resort. Note: if you venture off the resort, Pesos may be needed.

What do I need to pack?!

Answer

Some restaurants require a dress code. Review the Dreams and Secrets website to pack accordingly! No need to pack towels - beach towel service is included in your resort stay. Pack plenty of sunscreen and perhaps an insulated mug/cup to keep your refills lasting longer.
