Question

When should I book by?

Answer

It would be best to book your room as soon as you get your Save the Date. The latest date to book your room in the wedding room block is June 17, 2024. Please note, you will be required to pay a $150 per room deposit when booking your room and a 50% deposit for your room will be due on June 17th.

Is there a number of minimum nights required for our stay?

Answer

Yes, the resort requires a three night minimum stay to get the rates from the wedding room block. And there is a seven night maximum.

What is the best way to book my trip?

Answer

Please refer to the room booking link in the "TRAVEL" section of the wedding website to book your room within the wedding room block. Our travel coordinator will be reaching out to each guest with the link and more information as well. He will be available for any questions you have and will follow up with reminders for booking deadlines. Find the best flight that works for you and arrives/leaves when you need to (please note the 3 night minimum stay). Book as early as you can to save your spot and get the best flight times/ deals!

How much will this cost?

Answer

Depending on your flight, which room type you select, how many people are in your room with you, and how long you stay it can cost between around $1,400 per person to $3,400 per person total. Please keep in mind that your flight and room are the only things that you HAVE TO pay for as this is an all-inclusive resort!

Is there anything not included?

Answer

Although tips are technically included in your resort package, you’ll want to bring some 1’s and 5’s for the bartenders and servers taking care of you throughout your stay. Keep in mind, your shuttle driver isn’t a part of the resort staff, so bring some cash for your transfer driver. Additional excursions or spa treatments are also not included and can be paid with a credit card at the hotel.

What if I find a cheaper price online?

We work hard to ensure you receive the best rates possible. If you do happen to find a more affordable option online, just let us know and we’ll see if we can get the same price. This allows us to include you with the rest of the wedding party, so you all get the same group benefits. ​

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Be sure to dress light and breezy, since the air will be warm. For the ladies, nice sundress or capris with sandals is ideal. For the men, khaki slacks, linen shirts, and nice sandals as well. You won’t see many suits or ties, so unless otherwise noted by the bride and groom, keep it simple. If you’re still unsure what to wear, be sure to ask the couple for suggestions.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Please do not bring a gift- your presence at our wedding is the gift to us! We appreciate you spending your time and money to travel and be with us on our wedding day.

What if I run into trouble booking things or with travel?

Answer

Please reach out to us or our travel coordinator! He is connected to the resort and will help with all travel related questions and coordination. Additionally we have other assistance for any booking questions people may have.
