We’re getting married!

In someways we have an impaired driver to thank for our meeting LOL. In 2014 Lindsey was a dispatcher for FHP and Lee had recently promoted to the rank of Sergeant with FHP. I was dispatching one evening as Lee was on the way to assist another trooper. While waiting in traffic, Lee was rear-ended by an impaired driver, provided this information over the radio to me whom asked if he was okay or needed medical assistance. Lee simply replied with "I think I'm okay". The next evening, I went to the main FHP office where Lee was working on paperwork and got snippy with him for not properly reporting over the radio and providing enough details to know if he was safe or not. From there, many evenings before shift where spent chatting. Eventually in June 2014, Lee asked me to dinner and our first date was at Beef O' Brady's in Plant City. Through the years, we've had the pleasure of creating and sharing many wonderful memories, taking trips together, laughing and being goofy together, and creating a life that will always make us smile and love each other.
