WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at The Mayowood Stone Barn, located at 3385 Mayowood Road SW, Rochester, MN 55902. Weather permitting, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 to allow plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get settled.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
Answer
Yes, free parking is available at the venue, and vehicles may be left overnight if needed. Please note that all vehicles must be removed from the property by 11:00 AM the following day. We don’t have a formal shuttle, but rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are available in the area. If you need help arranging transportation or are unable to find a ride, we’ll have people on standby who are happy to help. Your safety is our top priority, and we want everyone to get home comfortably and securely!

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

We would love for our family and friends to dress up with us! We kindly request that all our guests wear semi-formal attire. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors on a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Answer
If your children’s names are listed on your party’s RSVP, we are delighted to have them join us! Feel free to use your parental discretion to decide whether they would be comfortable wedding guests. If your children are not listed on your party’s RSVP, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate them. Please use this as an opportunity to relax and enjoy a fun night out with us!

WHAT ARE MY DINNER OPTIONS?
Answer
We are offering your choice of burgundy pepper steak with a wild mushroom demi-glace or lemon garlic and herb chicken quarters. Each meal includes mashed potatoes, honey bourbon carrots, a side salad, and a dinner roll. Children will be served chicken strips, a fresh fruit cup, and roasted potato wedges, with a side of ketchup and ranch. We will accommodate any food allergies or diet restrictions. Please note them during the RSVP process.

Yes! A full bar will be available. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!

WHAT TIME WILL YOUR WEDDING RECEPTION END?
Answer
Our reception will end at 11:00 PM, with bar service concluding at 10:45 PM.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?
Answer
If you cannot make it to the wedding, kindly let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you! If you don’t RSVP by April 25, 2025, we will assume you are unable to attend. You will be missed!
