The venue is located in the Santa Cruz mountains, which is a ~30 minute drive from downtown Santa Cruz. Your best bet is to use the shuttles we've arranged; they will travel between the Courtyard hotel and the venue. Lyft/Uber can get you there, but you cannot rely on them for a ride home. There is plenty of parking at the venue if you want to drive.
Please wear cocktail / semi-formal attire for the wedding. We suggest warm, fall colors, but wear whatever you feel confident and comfortable in! Ladies - if you're planning on wearing heels, I recommend block heels or wedges since much of the night will be on grass and gravel.
The ceremony and dinner will be outdoors, dancing and the after party will be indoors.
It should be gorgeous this time of year, with temperatures ranging from 50-70 degrees. Given this, we recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a jacket or shawl to keep warm.
Food will be served buffet style, so it's important that you let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances that we need to make special accommodations for (we'll collect this information with your RSVP).
We ask that you not bring your kids to the wedding on Friday. However, everyone will be welcome to all events on Saturday. Bring your kids, parents, exes, chiropractors, whoever. P.S. You can bring your kids to the after party bar if you are crazy like that ;)
