FAQs

Question

Where is the venue?

Answer

Lucky Arrow is located at 3600 Bell Springs Road, Dripping Springs, Texas. The venue is roughly 1 hour from the Austin Bergstrom Airport or San Antonio Airport, depending on traffic.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

This is an adults only wedding, with the exception of the children in the wedding party.

Question

When should I book my accommodations?

Answer

If you plan to stay on site at Lucky Arrow, please book a room by July 17th, 2025. Please book your stay at the Courtyard Austin Dripping Springs by September 17th, 2025. Please keep in mind that October can be a busy time in the Austin area. Austin City Limits and other events in the area can heavily impact pricing and availability for surrounding hotels and Airbnbs.

Question

What is a yurt?

Answer

The yurts at Lucky Arrow Retreat offer a peaceful escape with modern comforts! These round, insulated tents come equipped with heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and keypad entry. While the yurts don’t have attached bathrooms, the nearby bathhouse is perfect for getting ready, featuring steam showers and private dressing rooms just a short walk away. You'll find plush robes and towels in your yurt at check in. Nestled in nature and steps from the wedding festivities, they are the ideal place to relax and stay close to the celebration!

Question

What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on our wedding website. There will not be a mail-in option. Check back for updates on when to RSVP!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have limited space, so we can’t afford for all of our guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We invite you to dress in harmony with the natural surroundings. Think dusty jewel tones that echo the colors of the junipers and live oak, and the warm hues of a Texas sunset. While this isn't a themed wedding, you're welcome to wear your favorite boots, bolo ties, or accessories to add a touch of local flair. We're aiming for a somewhat dressy affair, but comfort is key for our outdoor venue. Wear what makes you feel good, but remember it’s Texas. Be prepared for hot or cool weather. Question

Is the ceremony site wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The ceremony site requires a short walk on gravel, which may be challenging for wheelchairs or mobility aids. Please let us know if assistance is needed, and we’ll be happy to help. We can arrange for transportation by golf cart but it will require some planning before the wedding day.

Question

How can I contact you if I have additional questions?
