“We’re getting married”

We met at work in 2016 and didn't think much of it. Then one day, he went to bring me a patient from the emergency department and I was telling him about the report I got from the prior shift, we locked eyes and it just clicked. We would play fight with each other at work, chase each other around squirting saline flushes, go out for drinks, he would steal my cookies and creme pop tarts, drink any and all of the refreshments I had and we harmonized by accident. That’s pretty much when we thought, "Okay. This could be something."

We were at my favorite place, the beach, and we were walking, I turned around and he was down on one knee and I said "YES," and we were engaged. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
