When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP online by April 20th, 2026. See our “RSVP” tab for instructions.

Can I bring additional guests?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly encourage our guests to dress semi formal and to refrain from loud prints/colors in lieu of our timeless theme.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We welcome guests to arrive starting at 430pm and get settled before the Grooms entrance at 5pm, which will begin our ceremony.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outside, while our reception is indoors. Late June in SE Idaho has an average temperature of 50°F - 75°F.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of onsite parking on location.

Question

What type of food and drink will be served at the reception?

Answer

Feel free to graze before dinner service on charcuterie. Dinner we will have a self service pasta bar with salad and garlic bread. Followed by cake cutting and a variety of desserts. A small bar of non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #HansenPartyof2 so we can see them, too!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Zola and Amazon. Please refer to our “Registry” page. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. Should you wish to give us a gift, we kindly ask for a cash contribution to support our honeymoon or new home fund.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will be reserving Airbnb’s and blocking out rooms at the Henry’s Fork Inn. Please let us know if you need assistance in booking a reservation.
