Are children/plus ones allowed?
Answer
While we would like to accommodate all plus ones and kids, we are nearing the max capacity for the venue. Please let us know if you are wanting to bring a plus one or any kids via the RSVP page and we will do our best to accommodate. Thank you for understanding! For any children, we also ask that they are supervised by an adult at all times. Please note that we do not have childcare set up so please plan accordingly.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Capitol City Barn Venue so no need to worry about traveling in between.

Where can we stay?
Answer
We have reserved a block of rooms at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tumwater - Olympia. When calling to make a reservation, please reference "Hansen Manship Wedding." If booking online you can use our discount code G3600007. There are also numerous other hotels around the Tumwater, Olympia area. For more details, please visit our "Travel" page.

What time should we arrive?
Answer
We are looking at a 4:00 pm ceremony start time, so please arrive around 3:30ish.

What should I wear?
Answer
Casual attire. If wearing heels, please make sure to bring a pair of comfy dancing shoes!

Can you accommodate any dietary restrictions?
Answer
Yes! We are happy to provide options for dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, or any type of food allergies. Please let us know on your RSVP so that we may plan accordingly.

Can we take photos/videos during the ceremony and post to social media?
Answer
We will be having an "unplugged ceremony", meaning no phones or cameras. We have hired professionals to capture these moments for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them! After the ceremony, feel free to take & post as many pictures/videos as you would like!

Is parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes. We have been informed that they can accommodate 75 cars in the parking lot. If you are local to the area we strongly encourage carpooling.

Can we bring a gift?
Answer
Your presence is all we need at our wedding. However, after being asked by many friends and family, a donation to our honeymoon fund would be most appreciated. Please see our "Registry" page for more details.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We will be providing beer, wine, and two signature cocktails by our licensed bartender. Spirits will be limited to the two signature cocktails only. Please drink responsibly :)

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors and we will be providing fans in case it gets too hot. For the reception, this will be a mix of indoors and outdoors.

Will the reception dinner be Plated or Buffet?
Answer
Dinner during the reception will be buffet-style, allowing you to choose from a variety of delicious options.

What should we do if we can't make it?
Answer
Your presence will surely be missed but we completely understand if you are not able to make it. If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will NOT attend", that way we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
