Bayfield
Downtown Bayfield is full of fun shops, yummy restaurants and great sight seeing!
Madeline Island
Catch a 20 minute ferry from downtown Bayfield to Madeline Island. Madeline Island has moped rentals, fun lakeside restaurants, unique shops and so much more!
Houghton Falls Trail
This is a 10 minute drive from Bayfield and is a glorious and easy hike! Some say it feels like Lord of the Rings. The trail ends at a big rock overlooking Lake Superior. You can cliff dive into the water if you are feeling adventurous!
Shopping downtown Bayfield
Downtown Bayfield is full of cute shops, yummy restaurants and great coffee shops! Make sure you check out the Apostle Islands Bookstore too!
Adventure Club Brewing
This is a great brewery on the outskirts of Bayfield. It is attached to an outdoor recreation and apparel store that specializes in bikes! It has a path in the field for you to test out bikes!
Patsy's Bar
This is a great dive bar in Washburn known for their burgers! Great rainy day spot!
Bayfield Fruit Loop
Bayfield is known for their orchards, so make sure you plan to take a tour, stop at some roadside stands and pick some berries! A few of the orchards also have great shops with cider, women's accessories, and other fun gems!
Mt Ashwabay Ski and Recreation Area
Bayfield has a ton of great biking trails, so make sure you bring your bikes up north for a biking adventure. The ski hill has some great trails and is only a few minutes outside of downtown Bayfield.
