We set aside a block of hotel rooms for our out of town guests. To book, please use the link here! Reservations must be made by July 7th, 2026. If there are any issues booking with the hotel block, please contact Jerry or Maddie. We will also have transportation from the hotel to/from the reception. See below for details!

A shuttle will be able to take guests staying at the Hyatt to the reception as well as back to the hotel afterwards. It will be there to take guest to the reception from the hotel at 4:30pm and take guests back at the end of the reception at 10pm.
