Is there a dress code?

We’re going semi-formal! Our venue is a covered outdoor space, so you’ll be enjoying fresh air with shelter from the elements. October evenings can get a little chilly, so if you tend to run cold, we recommend bringing a layer.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive around 2:30-3:15pm to ensure you are seated for the ceremony. Doors will close at the start of the ceremony, and late arrivals will be welcomed at Cocktail Hour.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, so we kindly ask you to leave the little ones at home. It’s a great chance for a fun night out—dress up, relax, and enjoy!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know ahead of time on your RSVP if you have any allergies or special dietary needs—we want to make sure everyone enjoys their meal!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! There’s plenty of free parking available at the venue. That said, we encourage you to take advantage of the complimentary shuttles to and from the Hilton Garden Inn. You are welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight - but pickup needs to be before 10am on Sunday.
