When do I need to RSVP by?

RSVP's should be completed on the website or by mail by September 20th, 2024. You may also reach out to us directly if your mail ends up delayed.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please, no jeans! For those who wish to wear suits we ask that you stick to guidelines for black tie formal wear (this is usually black pants and a white shirt). Those who wish to wear pantsuits, dresses, or skirts we ask that you wear black. We do not have any requirements for length. If you have any questions please reach out!

Where should I stay?

Answer

You can find recommended places to stay on the travel tab of the website. Staying at recommended lodging locations will allow you to be picked up by the shuttle directly from your hotel, cabin, or resort.

Do I have to use the shuttle?

Answer

It is highly recommended that guests utilize the shuttle service as the drive to the venue features steep and narrow roads guests may not be comfortable driving. However, there is parking on site at the venue if guests choose to drive on their own, the venue address will be provided at a later date.

If I stay somewhere outside of recommended lodging, can I still ride the shuttle?

Answer

Yes, however you will need to drive to the pickup location at: 1684 Waldens Creek Rd Pigeon Forge, TN 37862 You will be driven back to this location at the end of the event so you may drive back to your hotel/ cabin.
