Ceremony Shuttles

Answer

Shuttles will be available for pickup at The Grand, The Sheraton, The Hampton Inn and The Rabbit Ears Motel at 3pm. Parking is limited at the house so please consider taking our wedding shuttle or carpooling. Looping shuttles will also be available at the end of the night from 9pm - midnight.

Covid-19

Answer

Our families, vendors, and venue are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests while we gather. Due to the recent spread of the Delta variant, we request that all eligible guests be vaccinated against COVID before joining us in Steamboat to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Other than the shuttles, all wedding-related events will be outside or under an open-air tent. While masks will be optional, we encourage our guests to wear a mask whenever and wherever it feels comfortable. Masks will be available on the shuttles and at the venue. Our vendors will be following all Covid-19 state guidelines. All food and drink items will be individually served by servers with masks and gloves. Sanitizer and wash stations will be available for use throughout the venue and commonly touched surfaces will be sanitized throughout the evening.
 We are fully prepared to cancel or adjust any and all plans based on state guidelines surrounding Covid-19.

Getting Around Steamboat

Answer

Uber and Lyfts are usually available in Steamboat. Another taxi option is Go Alpine (9700-879-2800. Steamboat also has a great free bus system which runs regularly from all hotels and condos to downtown and the ski area base.
