Flight
Flying into Oslo Airport Gardermoen is the easiest way to get to Norway and Haukeli. SAS has direct flights from Newark to Oslo Airport.
Train
If you decide to fly into Oslo, take the NSB train or the Air-Train to the Oslo Central bus terminal. From there you take the Haukeli Express bus straight to Haukeliseter Fjellstue. We do recommend that all our guests stay at the hotel for everyone's convenience, however if you do decide to rent a cabin we will help you with getting to the cabin from the bus stop at Haukeli. Please contact us if you decide to rent a cabin.
Shuttle

This bus takes you straight to Haukeli from Oslo Central Bussterminal. It's about a 4,5 hour ride with lots of beautiful things to see on the way. This bus goes several times a day and night. However, the bus schedule is not yet available, so check in to buy the tickets closer to the wedding. WHEN ORDERING YOUR BUS TICKET: If you are staying at hotel Haukeliseter Fjellstue (Highly recommend), order your ticket from "Oslo Bussterminal, Oslo" TO "Haukeliseter, Vinje". The Haukeliekspress bus takes you straight there. If you are staying at a cabin, order your ticket from "Oslo Bussterminal, Oslo" TO "Haukeli, Vinje". At the Haukeli stop you will be able to buy your groceries for your stay, and we will then drive you directly to your cabin in our shuttle bus. Check out their schedule once it's updated at https://www.nor-way.no/en Busses always make sure every passenger will have a seat on the bus, so feel free to order your ticket up until a week before.
Hotel
This is where we will be having our meet and greet, wedding and Sunday breakfast, so it's a very convenient place to stay. They have different types of rooms to choose from that varies in price, and the Haukeliekspressen bus will take you straight there from Oslo Central bus-station. When reaching out to the hotel, let them know that you are our wedding guests and they will let you know which types of rooms they have available for you. They are holding rooms for our wedding guests up until May 1. Check out their website below.
