What is the Uber/Lyft situation?

Answer

Yes, it’s all over the website already but we can’t stress this enough. You may be able to get out to the venue via Uber/Lyft, but it is unlikely you will able to get back. We highly recommend renting a vehicle or coordinating with another guest to carpool. If you need help with either, please just let us know so we can help/put you in touch with someone staying close to you. Thank you so much in advance for understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

We are looking for Garden Party/Semi-formal attire. May in the South can get toasty and humid. So, while we do ask that men wear a sport coat or suit jacket, we do not expect them to wear it the entire time (just have it on hand please). We ask that ladies do not wear green, and for floral/print patterns to ensure that green covers less than half of your outfit. For ideas, you can check out the two links below. Will the food have Vegan and Gluten-free options?

Answer

Heck yeah! We will have everything for our meat lovers, vegan lovers, and gluten hell-noers. Our caterer is Chattanooga Pizza Co, and they are able to make any pizza gluten-free. We will also have 2 vegan options to choose from! The meal will also come with your choice of House or Caesar salad!

Wow, the venue is so gorgeous! Can I take a ton of pictures there?

Answer

Yes, beloved guest! The venue is beautiful and we invite y’all to take a bunch of pictures! We only ask that during the ceremony, you keep photos/videos to a minimum (take your quick shot and put your phone down). We have an amazing friend and photographer that will ensure we have the most wonderful photos of the ceremony!

Will anyone be upset if I am not big on dancing?

Answer

Not at all! In fact, we will have some lawn games and a bonfire with a s’mores bar for you to enjoy! The reception area is also separate from the dance floor, so you can chat, munch on food, and relax in peace.

Question

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Yes and no. The ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be inside an air-conditioned barn. The dance room also has 5 AC systems so you won’t reveal some scary pit-stains while you’re busy busting a move. The Barn at High Point Farms has thought of EVERYTHING. However, if you’d still like to hang out outside and walk around the venue, you are more than welcome to do so!
