Hanni and Catherine met around the ages of 7 and 8, and became close friends a few years later when they were in ballet together. They advanced in ballet together throughout the years, and spent countless days at the beach and Disneyland while growing up! Catherine, thank you for always being such a solid and sweet influence in my life!

Hanni and Darby met as young teens at The Grove Community Church. They quickly bonded over theatre and acting, even going to New York together for an acting and modeling competition! Darby, thank you for being “my person”!

Robert and Tim met when they took their first media production class at MSJC in 2008. The two have worked on multiple short films together and still collaborate creatively and as friends. Tim was also one of the lucky witnesses to Hanni and Robert’s engagement

John Nickerson

John is Robert’s older brother whose overjoyed he gets a “sister in law”. John is either seen at the movies every Saturday or being a champion bowler for his various leagues.

Robert and Jason met back in Mrs. Carlile’s 2nd grade class and have been close since. From countless nights of movie binges and video games to theme park trips, it’s easy to see why the two are kindred spirits.

When Robert went to a separate middle school from his friends in 1999, Jonathan was there to fill that role very well. Jonathan’s passion with classic Disney, Disneyland and music go well with Robert’s love for the movies

Jeffrey is happy to see his son get the girl of his dreams! Jeffrey is an estate planning attorney out of Murrieta, CA. He’s also involved in a lot of organizations including Rotary and local Chamber of Commerce.

Mary is very excited for the big day. Mary had previously worked for Toyota as a Marketing Executive, including spearheading the launch of the Prius in the US. After retiring, she’s involved in her husband’s Law Office and is active in the community.

Teddy is 2 years old and is a mix between an English Retriever and a Great Pyrenees. He’s the “child” of the Nickerson family and loves everyone with a passion. His favorite games are “pull the rope” and “chase me”. Don’t be surprised if he tries to give you a hug… and steel your napkin.
