FAQs

The Wedding Website of Hannalee Frahm and Connor Humphreys
Question

How do I RSVP, and when should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP section of our website is now open and visible, and you can fill it out as soon as you'd like! Additionally, when you receive your official paper invitation in October, there will be a QR code you can scan that will lead you to our website to submit your RSVP. Kindly note that this is the only method that we are accepting RSVPs - in order for us to know that you are coming to our wedding, you must RSVP through this website. Connor and I would greatly appreciate it if you could submit your RSVP for yourself and any significant others/family members included on your invitation as soon as possible, but by no later than November 8, 2025.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal wear: tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We would love to see everyone dressed their best! For the ladies, our bridesmaids will be wearing cabernet colored dresses (like a dark burgundy) so we kindly ask that you avoid wearing that color to avoid any confusion. We can't wait to see how beautiful and handsome you all will look!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity limitations, we are unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those named on the invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with all of our family and friends! However, due to venue limitations, we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation attend.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception are taking place at the same venue, so where you park for the ceremony is where your car will stay until the reception is over! There is a large parking area at the front of the venue that can accommodate everyone invited to the wedding.

Question

Where can we find the wedding registry?

Answer

We have a registry through Zola that can be accessed on this website under "Registry". We plan to add more items in the coming weeks and months. Please check back for more options! While we have registered for traditional gifts, we would also appreciate donations to our graduate school or home down payment funds. We kindly ask that you purchase the gifts directly from our registry website so that it can inform other guests what has been purchased already!

Question

How do I let you know if I have a food allergy or a dietary restriction/preference?

Answer

When you submit your RSVP, there will be a prompt that asks if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please specify what food allergy you have so we can inform our caterers as soon as possible. If you have a dietary restriction/preference, please mention it in the RSVP as well, and we will do our best to accommodate. There will be a vegetarian option on our dinner menu.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our venue is a combination of both! Our wedding ceremony (weather permitting) will take place outside, and our reception will take place in the barn. The barn has sliding doors that offer easy access to the outside parts of the venue. In the case that the weather is very cold, the venue will provide space heaters.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones/cameras during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture all of the special moments throughout the day! Therefore, we ask that guests do not use their phones or personal cameras during the ceremony so they can be fully present in the moment. However, after the ceremony concludes, guests are encouraged to use their phones for photos, videos, and networking with each other! Meet new friends, exchange phone numbers/social media with people you didn't know before :)

Question

I'm travelling from out of state/farther area of Florida, what cities are nearby to stay in?

Answer

Our venue is located in New Smyrna Beach, which is approximately 1 hour from Orlando and 25 minutes from Daytona Beach. My family and Connor's family live in Ormond Beach, which is a bit north of Daytona and is approximately 30 minutes from our venue.
