When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better with a destination wedding, but please RSVP by June 1st, 2026. Formal invites coming soon.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to budget & space constraints, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What should I wear?

Answer

All weekend events will be in the high altitude outdoors. Think sunny days, chilly nights. For wedding day, our dress code is semi-formal. Suits or slacks and a button down, and airy floor length dresses are encouraged. We love earth tones! We will be walking on bark chips and cement, wear comfortable shoes! Light jacket or shawl for sun protection and chilly mountain air might be good.

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

We are excited to welcome everyone to the beautiful Tahoe area, please expect most weekend events to be in the outdoors.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Plenty of free parking for everyone. All Kirkwood rentals come with free parking, and there is also a large lot for guest staying outside the resort.
