Shuttle Pick Up
3:00 pm - 3:15 pm

This is the first point for the shuttle pick up, guests must be at this hotel by 3:15pm to get on the motor coach. Check in to this hotel isn't until 3pm, so if you are staying here, we recommend making sure you are dressed and ready to go before you arrive. If you are running late, the hotel can hold onto luggage/belongings for you!
Second Shuttle Pick Up
3:00 pm - 3:15 pm

This is the second pick up point for the shuttle, please make sure if you are arriving for pick up here you are ready to go by 3:00 pm :)
Our Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
125 Sea Gull Rd, West Yarmouth, MA 02673
The attire is formal, but the sand is soft so be careful of high heels!
Please note that we will have shuttle transportation that will pick you up from the designated hotels, bring you to the ceremony, then to the reception, and back and forth from the hotels every half hour. There is no parking at the venue, so the shuttle transportation must be used
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Our cocktail hour will begin as soon as we all get to the Lavender Farm- the cocktail hour will take place in the lavender fields near the fairy garden! A.K.A Provence
Dinner & Dancing
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm

At this time, guests will make their way into the tent and find their seats. Family style dinner will start around 6:30pm, with dessert, dancing, and the best time ever to follow!
