Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. Our wish is that everyone is present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us that we will share with you all after. Other than the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Is there parking at the venue?

The brewery does not have a dedicated lot, so we recommend taking a rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or public transportation if possible! There are a few paid parking garages nearby if you prefer to drive.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Talea Beer Co. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn! It is a women-founded brewery and taproom known for its bright, colorful, and design-forward space, as well as its innovative craft beers, cocktails, and wine. The taproom offers indoor and outdoor! Guests will enjoy fruit-forward, refreshing beers, including IPAs, sours, and lagers. TALEA is 1 block from McCarren Park and located a short walk from the Nassau G stop and Lorimer L train stops.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm, so please arrive by 15–30 minutes earlier to settle in and find a seat!

What type of food will be served?

Answer

The reception dinner will be cocktail-style without formal seating. Guests can mingle, sit in available seating, stand at the high tops and enjoy cocktail hour food such as: charcuterie, hummus and vegetables and bavarian pretzels. The dinner will be: sourdough pizza (3 ways), chicken, pickled green beans with green goddess dressing, and a salad. All food will be grab and go to enjoy around the venue! Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options are available. please let us know your dietary needs ASAP so we can let our amazing team know!

Where will I set my stuff down if I don't have a designated seat?

Answer

We ask that guests bring minimal belongings aka just cellphone and purse. There will be safe places to place your belongings around the venue. The venue is secured for just wedding guests!
