Girona Airport

The airport is 40 minutes away from Palafrugell (closest town to the venue). Jet2 and Ryanair operate flights here.

Barcelona is about an 1hr 20 away but has alot more options for flights including BA/Iberia/Easyjet and Ryanair.

Rental Cars

We recommend all of our guests hire cars to explore the local area. Taxis are VERY expensive and hard to find.

Shuttles on the wedding Day

We will be organising return shuttles and mini buses from Palafrugell, Callella de Palafrugell and Llafranc.

Aparthotel Arrels d'Empordà

If you are flying in just for the wedding weekend, this is the closest to the venue. It is also probably the cheapest you'll find in the area and will be on our shuttle route. Alex and I have stayed here previously- the rooms are huge, clean and modern. They also come with kitchenette facilities and it has a small pool too! You can walk to the centre of Palafrugell town or the beaches from here. They also have a car-park if you are hiring cars. It will be walking distance from the day 1 drinks.

Casa Peya Hotel - adults only

This is a small, adults only, boutique hotel located in the centre of Palafrugell. It is a small walk to the town's main square. Alex and I have stayed here previously with our families- the breakfast is gorgeous and it has lovely rooms and has a small courtyard pool. It might say 3 stars but it deserves more! It also has spaces in a car park nearby for those renting cars. Highly recommend. It will be walking distance from day 1 drinks.

This is a beachfront hotel in Llafranc, close to gorgeous restaurants and with stunning rooms. This will also be on the shuttle bus route.

Another beachfront hotel in Llafranc. We highly recommend its restaurant! Its super popular with the Spanish locals and will be on the shuttle route. There is likely a minimum night stay requirement.

There are so many gorgeous apartments or villas to rent if you are looking. By looking in Llafranc, Palafrugell or Callela de Palafrugell you will also be on the shuttle bus route.
