FAQs

If you have any questions that aren’t covered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the bride or groom—we’d be happy to help!
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 4:30 PM for our 5:00 PM ceremony. This will give you plenty of time to get settled, find your seat, and enjoy the moment before the big event begins. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What should I expect at the Welcome Party?

Answer

Join us for an evening garden party with drinks, delicious bites, and live music! We’re picturing florals, spring dresses, and light, dressy looks. Gentlemen can opt for nice slacks and a button-down (jackets not required). Please note that the venue includes some grass and gravel areas, so plan footwear accordingly!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 16, 2026, to ensure we have an accurate guest count for seating, catering, and other details.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Please keep in mind that the temperature in Wilmington during May is typically in the 70s–80s, so dress accordingly for the warm weather while looking your best!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but unfortunately, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. If you need help finding childcare in the area, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom—we have a few local contacts we’d be happy to share.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, transportation will not be provided. However, the venue is within walking distance of most downtown hotels. If you need transportation, we recommend booking an Uber or Lyft, as there are plenty available in the area.
