Hotel
We're excited to share that we've arranged a special discounted hotel rate for our wedding guests! We hope you can all join us after the wedding for a private after party at our hotel bar. A block of rooms has been reserved at Courtyard by Marriott Winter Haven for the dates of December 30 and December 31st. Please reserve by November 30th to take advantage of this special rate. When clicking for availability please be sure it is for the dates of December 30th or 31st to the January 1st.
Flight
If you're flying from Cincinnati (CVG) to Orlando (MCO) or (SFB) good news! Flight prices usually drop between October and November. Keep an eye out for deals during that time to snag the best rates!
Travel Note
We highly recommend staying at the suggested hotel the night of the wedding—especially with it being New Year’s Eve. Between holiday traffic and the late-night timing, we’d really prefer everyone avoid driving long distances after midnight. To make things easier the night of the wedding, we’ll have transportation arranged for guests from the wedding venue to the hotel. Ubers and other rideshares are very limited in the area late at night, so we want to make sure everyone gets back safely and stress-free! The hotel is about 45 minutes to an hour outside of Orlando, but very close to our venue. If you're planning to stay for a few days before or after the wedding, staying in Orlando is a great option for more dining, entertainment, and of course Disney!
